Kris Shingleton

A proud veteran, father and husband, started in the home improvement business 11 years ago. A Kansas City native, Kris grew up in Overland Park, KS. He graduated from Blue Valley West, and joined the Army shortly after as Black Hawk Crew Chief (15T). While in the armed forces he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He has worked for two of the largest home improvement companies in Kansas City and was sales manager at one for numerous years. His driving passion was to innovate the customer experience they have with home improvement companies. He has taken the knowledge, and lessons learned over the years from reputable industry leaders and applied it to his own vision. His main goal is to help the customer by showing them they’re not just a number, but they’re part of the Kansas City family, and we have your best interest in mind.

Glenn Fernandes

Glenn was born to be in this industry. He grew up right here in Kansas City, Kansas, attending and graduating from Turner High School. Glenn has been in construction and most importantly the remodeling industry for 17 years. Over those 17 years he has learned from the industry’s top leading journeymen and craftsmen. If there is any one that should be handling the project of your dreams Glenn is the person to be trusted with it. As cousins, Kris and Glenn have dreamt of helping people out since they were kids, and they are doing just that, revolutionizing the home improvement industry. Customers can rest easy knowing that Glenn has their project in his hands.

Zachary Christal

Zachary Christal started in the Home Improvement business 7 years ago. A Kansas City native and proud father; he grew up in Parkville, Missouri. Zach graduated from Park Hill South high school and then went on to play collegiate soccer in Conway, Arkansas for Central Baptist College where he pursued Kinesiology. He worked for one of the largest home improvement companies in Kansas City where his love for the customers and passion for remodels shined through. His passion for customers and to place them above all has always been close to his heart mixed with his passion for physical therapy and helping make life easier for others have played a big role in his driving determination that is behind his company today. Being CAPS certified and having a background in physical therapy; Zach’s passion shows when it comes to walk-in-tubs and safety within the home. He has taken his experience from industry leaders and paired it with his personal experience and applied it to the core fundamentals that Timeless Home Solutions represent. His main goal is for every customer to feel important and also have all the knowledge going into their projects that he would want to have if it were his own home. Passion for the community and hopes to help with the disabled and all customers is his driving daily passion. He wants everyone to feel a part of a family and wants to represent himself and his company like that everyday.
